We are open every week throughout the year. We take orders from 12noon on Fridays until 8:00pm on Sundays. Pick up is on Tuesdays at your choice of three different locations:

• EVANS – Augusta Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, Evans, 4pm-6pm.
• AUGUSTA – Buona Caffe Roastery, 520 Reynolds St, Augusta, 5pm-7pm
• GROVETOWN – Warren Grovetown, 777 Horizon S. Pkwy, Grovetown, 5:30pm-7:30pm

Maitake mushroom, also known as Hen of the Woods. Given this name because both their unique appearance that resembles layers of chicken feathers and their meaty texture and flavor that when cooked just right, tastes just like chicken! You can swap maitake out in some of your favorite chicken dishes. Incorporate them into your favorite pasta dishes, soups, add them to pizza or try them battered and deep-fried for vegan chicken nuggets. Fresh Maitake are best when consumed within two weeks, but will retain their flavor for at least a year when frozen or dried.
