Green Planet Vets is proposed as a small scale, certified organic produce farm growing and selling oyster mushrooms (pink and blue for now) and a unique variety of heirloom and specialty garden vegetables through local farmers’ markets, CSA’s (Community Supported Agriculture subscriptions) and direct to upscale restaurants.

Green Planet Vets will also produce a variety of organic heirloom and specialty vegetables, including carrots, squash, garlic, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. As well as collard greens, kale, microgreens tomatoes and a variety of lettuces and herbs.
