Meditation has been shown to illicit the same feelings one experiences while on vacation and we believe everyone could use a few more vacay vibes and soothing relaxation! Join Lo Bannerman from Nourishing Families LLC and take a 30-minute mental vacation that is sure to provide a sense of calm and restoration. No prior meditation experience is needed! Simply bring yourself! This live, guided meditation is held at 5:30pm on Mondays via Zoom (links are sent Monday mornings). Please be timely; after a few minutes of settling in, we’ll turn off our cameras and go within. Due to the nature of the event, no late join requests will be seen and no refunds are offered for those who miss the session. All proceeds go toward providing free programming to those in need so every family can experience mindfulness and nourishment from the start! During this pandemic, when social distancing is so important, some people feel more comfortable in the safety of their own home. However, I know that an occasional night of food ordered out can keep my sanity. But it's not the real deal. The food is sometimes cool, it may not be plated like at a restaurant, and the ambiance is missing. Bring all of this back in with this class on plating your food.
