During this pandemic, when social distancing is so important, some people feel more comfortable in the safety of their own home. However, I know that an occasional night of food ordered out can keep my sanity. But it's not the real deal. The food is sometimes cool, it may not be plated like at a restaurant, and the ambiance is missing. Bring all of this back in with this class on plating your food.
