Welcome to the Market!

We are open every week throughout the year. We take orders from 12noon on Fridays until 8:00pm on Sundays. Pick up is on Tuesdays at your choice of three different locations:

• EVANS – Augusta Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, Evans, 4pm-6pm.
• AUGUSTA – Buona Caffe Roastery, 520 Reynolds St, Augusta, 5pm-7pm
• GROVETOWN – Warren Grovetown, 777 Horizon S. Pkwy, Grovetown, 5:30pm-7:30pm

Our hens are given only organic feed, all the weeds and waste from the vegetable garden, and kitchen trimmings, along with anything else they can find! This is a mixed flock with numerous different breeds, from Ameraucanas to Orpingtons, and the variety you will see in each dozen definitely reflects this - our eggs range from cream to blue to brown to green, and we are careful to make sure you get a nice selection in each carton. Because they are not all the same size, our label has a bakers guide so that if you need to know which to use for a recipe, the information is right at hand. For eating fried or scrambled, we can't recommend the very biggest eggs enough!

Large to extra large brown, green, blue, speckled, and sometimes pink eggs. The hens are out on several acres of pasture from dawn to dusk daily. They are friendly and as happy as any chickens could be, and live the kind of lives all farm animals should! They are prolific layers of lovely eggs with dark yellow/orange yolks.

Brown, blue and green eggs from pastured flock. Medium in size from my youngest hens, although there may be large eggs included as well. This happy flock is free to range on several acres from dawn until dusk. They also receive whole grains daily, as well as garden and kitchen trimmings as available. There are seven breeds of hens represented in the flock, so we get a nice variety of colors and size.
