Delicious ribeye steak with bone, for those that desire a steak with bone.

An absolutely great steak. So tender and delicious. Our beef is better for your health. It offers you more "good" fats, and fewer "bad" fats. It is richer in antioxidants; including vitamins E, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. Our cattle are raised their entire lives on pasture and hay. In the summer months we grow what is called sorghum silage. We use sudan grass. We raise it without the use of pesticides and we only use chicken litter for fertilizer. It is a beautiful thing growing in the field and is very good for the cattle. While it is still growing and fresh, we chop it up and then pile it up for the winter time feed. It is high in protein and digestibility and the animals love it. After all of the cutting of our silage is complete, we move many of the cattle into that field to clean up the remains of the silage. Loads of good eating. This also is a great way of fertilizing the field. Our cattle has hay at free choice year round. We were the first people up here in our area to use silage and now all of our neighbors are starting to do it. There are different types of silage such as corn silage, etc. but ours is made completely with fresh sudan grass. My husband and his dad made silage many years ago and it is a great feed.

Delicious Ribs from our own farm born and raised steers, hormone-free and antibiotic free. Steers are raised on grass and supplemented with corn silage, sorghum silage and grain, and then moved into the cow herd to get that just right finish and taste. Our herd has been Certified and Accredited TB & Tuberculosis free for over 20 year and each steer is source verified since was born on our farm.
