The bag could include any variation of mild sausage, hot sausage, cubed ham, chops, ribs, ground pork, shoulder roast, Boston butt, and/or ham hocks. The items could be unsealed. Nothing is wrong with the meat. Tink just can't sell it at retail price.

Mild pork sausage -sausage gravy and biscuits are great at any meal. I sometimes mix a lb. of Tink's mild sausage with a lb of Tink's Ground Beef for the most amazing Tink Burger ever. Top with provolone cheese and some grilled onions, Wow is all I can say. The link sausage dawgs, I cook on the grill for 9 minutes, grill some onions. Place the dawg in bun top with grilled onions, sauerkraut-(probiotics) baby, some spicy brown mustard. Now were talking. Ground Pork, makes the most amazing TACOS ever! Also I've learned a really good bun makes all the difference and make sure you toast it! This is a $20.00 retail for $15.00. If you have never tried Tink's Pastured Pork products, now would be a good time.
