Her philosophy of cooking is to let the ingredients be the stars of the meal. Fresh, quality, locally-grown ingredients drive her menus. Since 2000, Charleen has been teaching creative cooking classes and now also offers her “Chef for an Evening” option to bring personalized, creative, quality food into your home for any special occasion.
