A wonderful salad and sandwich green when young. Arugula has a nice peppery, nutty flavor that does not overwhelm the palate or your mixed salad. Not at all bitter. Very tender.

These are large brown eggs from different types of chickens, Rhode Island, Wyandottes, Buff, sex linked, and barred hens. The eggs are rich in color and flavor. I am requesting that if you order eggs, that you return the cartons with your next order for refill/recycle if possible. Due to seasonal fluctuations, availability may be limited. Since we have had cold weather eggs may or may not be fertile at this time.
