SUMMER HEALTH FESTIVAL AT THE VEGGIE TRUCK MARKETTUESDAY JULY 16TH

The Veggie Truck Farmers Market, Camp Veggie Truck, St Luke UMC, and students of the GRU School of Medicine will host a summer health festival at the market this Tuesday, 4:30-7. YOUTH CULINARY ARTS CLASSES AT FORT GORDON
Augusta Locally Grown will host another round of culinary arts classes for children of active duty military personnel. The classes will be on Wednesdays, 4:30pm to 6:00pm, at the CDC West on base, starting in August. To enroll, eligible families should contact the SKIES Program. This program is partially funded by the Augusta Arts Council.

NEW HIGH SCHOOL INTERNS NEEDED!
We are currently accepting applications for two high school internship positions for our online market for the fall semester. Applicants should apply online at augustalocallygrown.org. The positions are both in Evans and start mid-August. Strong applicants will have a good work ethic and commitment to learning more about locally grown foods.

FAREWELL TO OUR COLLEGE-BOUND INTERNS
Over the next several weeks a handful of our market interns will head off to college! Big hugs and best of luck to Alexis Carraway, Mclain Lambert, Kenzie Schwartz, and Josh Johnson. You all made a big difference in our community during your individual stints with Augusta Locally Grown. We will miss you!
