Twisted Fence Ranch will set up a booth at our AJCC market this Tuesday to show off their new, locally-grown alpaca wool products. Enjoy the incredible artistry of their felted Valentine postcards, all-natural doggy chew toys, woven rugs and fuzzy head bands. And come meet these wonderful farmers/artists.

CROP MOB AT EAST GEORGIA PRODUCEMARCH 9:
Big thanks to customer Aleshia Tucker for volunteering to help coordinate the first-ever “Crop Mob Augusta” at East Georgia Produce on March 9! The farm is is in Bartow, GA. Farmer Matt tells us that we’ll be “doing a lot of planting.” The work starts at 12:30pm and goes til 5pm. In exchange for your sweat and time, East Georgia Produce and Augusta Locally Grown will provide a picnic farm dinner from 5:30pm-7pm. To sign up, email kim@augustalocallygrown.org. BENDERDINKER TIMEAPRIL 27:
Save the date! This year’s theme is “A Concert on the River” and it truly is a one-of-a kind event! The Benderdinker starts with a two-hour kayak/canoe loop on Betty’s Branch and the Savannah River in Evans. During the paddle, you will be fed healthy treats made with local ingredients and pass by six local bands playing from pontoon boats, including the ever-popular Mason Jars! The second half of the event is a festival complete with the tastiest, locally-grown picnic foods EVER. Chef Charleen and Chef Edward have already signed on! Visit www.benderdinker.com to register!
