“Harvest Bytes” is just around the corner! Ticket are still available through October 21. This unique event is a wonderful tribute to our local foods movement. It includes:

  • A Socratic Cocktail Hour
  • Dr. Steve Fountain speaking on “Hacking the Microbiome”
  • An Elegant Farm to Table Dinner by chefs Charleen Tinley and Jonathan Marks, with meat and vegan options and loads of ferments
  • A locally grown art installation
  • Silent auction

Better yet, this fundraiser is to build an Incubator Kitchen at the Clubhou.se in downtown Augusta to support start-up food businesses in our city.

Order your tickets before October 21 at www.harvestbytes.org.

Cheers!
