LOTS OF THANK YOUS TO SEND OUT THIS WEEK :
Our “Cooler than a Cucumber Salad Kids Cooking Contest” was a wonderful success thanks to our fabulous youth contestants: Antonio, Natalie, Nathan, Russell, Sage, Westyn and trophy-winner Sophy. Also thanks to our fabulous judges Greg Cowling, Kat Ethington, Dana Keen & Samantha Taylor; to Tim of “Handcrafted Cuttingboards” who donated beautiful boards to all seven youth competitors; to all the parents and grandparents for their guidance; to Rock Bottom Music for the sound system; and to my daughter Maggie for her priceless help creating an outdoor cooking stage in 97 degree weather.

Our experiment with “Local Bulk” also went well thanks to farmer Matt, volunteer sorters Andre & Maggie, and to all the customers who played along.
