Sized right to fit on a 4 burner gas grill. Place them "inside" side up, liberally apply salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings, and grill "low and slow" (175-200 degrees) for a couple of hours. Watch for smoke, and turn on or off burners as needed. Once the bottom is done, flip it over and liberally apply your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook until the internal temp reaches 170 degrees or so on a meat thermometer. Remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes or so, then slice, pull, or shred the pork. Yummy!
