We are open every week throughout the year. We take orders from 12noon on Fridays until 8:00pm on Sundays. Pick up is on Tuesdays at your choice of three different locations:

• EVANS – Augusta Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, Evans, 4pm-6pm.
• AUGUSTA – Buona Caffe Roastery, 520 Reynolds St, Augusta, 5pm-7pm
• GROVETOWN – Warren Grovetown, 777 Horizon S. Pkwy, Grovetown, 5:30pm-7:30pm

During this pandemic, when social distancing is so important, some people feel more comfortable in the safety of their own home. However, I know that an occasional night of food ordered out can keep my sanity. But it's not the real deal. The food is sometimes cool, it may not be plated like at a restaurant, and the ambiance is missing. Bring all of this back in with this class on plating your food. Check out @eatlocalcsra on Instagram for plating ideas from the past. I will also talk about setting the mood and easy take-down of your "night out experience." Make an appointment for the class by calling 301-938-1595 within the week. Even if you don't plan to eat out this week, you will have learned the techniques.
